PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT (TERMS & CONDITIONS) CAREFULLY. By subscribing to these services, the Client hereby agrees and adheres to the terms and conditions and is bound by THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The Client further agrees and accepts that the Company assumes no responsibility for the nature or content of anything contained on the website, chatbot, app, or any other service provided and disclaims all liability in respect of such nature or content. Use of this site is strictly subject to the Terms and Conditions.

If the Client does not agree to these terms, please do not subscribe to the Company services.

1. ACCEPTANCE AND TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is owned and operated by J.A.R. ENTERPRISES, LLC, doing business as Best e-Store Builders and its sub-names. The principal offices of J.A.R. ENTERPRISES, LLC are located in Nevada, and this platform functions as an online web-based work-related affiliation under "sub-accounts/platforms" associated with its parent company, DCAMP Inc/MobiFirst, located in Avondale, Arizona, 85323. These Terms of Use (this “Agreement” or “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services.

By accessing or using our services, you signify your assent to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our services.

  • Updates to Terms: Best e-Store Builders reserves the right to update, modify, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • Electronic Communications: By using Best e-Store Builders, you consent to receive communications electronically. Notices, agreements, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements for written communication.

2. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS & ELIGIBILITY

  • The CLIENT must be a LEGAL ENTITY OR AN INDIVIDUAL AGED 18 OR OLDER to subscribe to the services.

  • Membership is TIER-BASED, with different pricing and service levels available.

  • The COMPANY reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

  • Clients must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online business activities.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Company provides various digital marketing and web development tools, including but not limited to:

  • Website and e-commerce solutions

  • Hosting and domain registration

  • White-label software for resellers

  • Third-party vendor marketplace

  • Subscription-based membership with various service levels

  • Custom development services for businesses needing tailored web solutions

  • Business automation tools, AI-driven website builders, and e-commerce optimization services

  • Affiliate program opportunities for individuals or businesses to earn commissions by promoting the Company’s services

4. SUBSCRIPTION, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

  • At the time of initial registration, the Client will select one of the available plans to which they wish to subscribe.

  • Subscriptions are available on a MONTHLY RECURRING BASIS.

  • The COMPANY reserves the right to ADJUST PRICING based on business needs.

  • PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, except where required by law.

  • Chargebacks or failure to make timely payments MAY RESULT IN SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF ACCESS.

  • Users who subscribe to wholesale packages acknowledge that additional fees may apply based on usage levels.

  • NO REFUNDS. CANCEL ANYTIME TO STOP FURTHER CHARGES. CANCEL DIRECT FROM YOUR ACCOUNT.

5. ACCOUNT SECURITY & LIABILITY

  • Clients are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and agree to notify the Company immediately in case of unauthorized access.

  • The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized access of accounts.

  • Clients may not share or sell access credentials to any third party.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE DEPENDENCIES & INTEGRATIONS

  • Our platform relies on third-party integrations (e.g., payment processors, analytics, and APIs).

  • If these services modify their policies or experience disruptions, certain features may be affected.

  • The Company is not liable for functionality loss due to third-party changes.

7. TERMINATION & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

  • If an account is terminated, the Client forfeits any remaining access to services or affiliate earnings.

  • Upon termination, the Client must immediately cease using all Company intellectual property, services, and resources.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

  • Best e-Store Builders owns all rights, titles, and interests in and to its intellectual property, including software, tools, templates, branding, and all proprietary content.

  • Clients may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

  • Any unauthorized use of the Company’s trademarks, branding, or copyrighted material may result in legal action.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.

  • The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services within the last 12 months.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where J.A.R. Enterprises, LLC is incorporated and operates.

  • Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT

  • The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
